Crestview Fire Department gets donation for new vehicle

CRESTVIEW — The Crestview Fire Department is the proud owner of a new Ford Expedition with an "extensive equipment package" thanks in part to a local business' generous donation.

According to a press release from HUB City Ford of Crestview, on Dec. 21 the business donated $7,500 to the Fire Department to go toward its purchase of a new vehicle. The red truck appeared in the 2017 Crestview Christmas Parade on Dec. 2.

"What a wonderful time for a new addition to the Crestview Fire Department fleet to start the new year in our community," HUB City Ford of Crestview said in the release. "HUB City Ford is proud to support the hardworking men and women of the Crestview Fire Department."
