SNES Classic Mini update: HUGE new release solves Super Nintendo's biggest problem

A new SNES Classic Mini device may have solved the console's biggest problem.
My Arcade's Super Gamepad is about to go on sale in the US, where it's available for $24.99 on Amazon. UK customers can pick it up on January 18 for £19.99.
The My Arcade Super Gamepad is wireless, so you won't have to sit as close to the TV when you play.
It also comes with a Home button, which means you no longer have to physically press the reset button on the console.
Interestingly, the controller is also compatible with the NES Classic Mini and Virtual Console games on the Wii and Wii U.
"The Super Gamepad is the best of both worlds - it features the nostalgic look and feel of the classic controller retro fans love while also updating it for the modern world with wireless functionality and improved ergonomics," a My Arcade spokesperson explains.
"We've even added an intuitive TURBO feature that is easy to program during play, and a convenient HOME button feature that allows you to switch games and access the main menu directly from your controller. Now you can enjoy the games you loved without the wires."
The SNES Mini comes with 21 classic games, including Super Mario World, Super Mario Kart and Street Fighter 2.
It comes with two retro SNES controllers, which means you can play co-op and competitive multiplayer.
It even features the never-before-released Star Fox 2, plus a handful of games that didn't launch in the UK when the SNES was first release.
This includes Super Mario RPG, Earthbound and Final Fantasy 3, which is actually Final Fantasy 6.
