Arsenal news: Alexis Sanchez would surely have disappointed his team-mates - Redknapp
JAMIE REDKNAPP concedes he can understand if the Arsenal players would be disappointed with Alexis Sanchez’s performances.
Sanchez has seen his form nosedive over the past few weeks.
The Chilean, who is out of contract at the end of the season, has been continually linked with a move away from the Emirates.
Sunday Express Sport understands Sanchez will refuse to leave the Gunners when the transfer window reopens and will try to engineer a move to Manchester City in the summer.
Paris Saint-Germain are also in the frame to sign the 29-year-old, who could fetch around £30million.

There was a spell when if you were his team-mate, you’d be disappointed with his workrate
Sanchez at times has cut a disconsolate figure, whereas in the past he would be working himself into the ground.
And Sky Sports pundit Redknapp believes there has been a definite “drop off” in Sanchez’s displays.
“I have noticed a difference in him in the past two games,” Redknapp told Sky Sports before the Gunners’ trip to the Hawthorns to face West Brom today.
“There was a spell when if you were his team-mate, you’d be disappointed with his workrate.
“What we love since he has come into this league has been that and his perpetual motion.
“There has been a drop off.”
