The Indianapolis Colts' 22-13 victory over the Houston Texans locked up the No. 3 pick in the draft. A Colts' loss combined with a New York Giants' victory (they are ahead 18-10 over Washington) would have given the Colts the No. 2 pick.

DRAFT ORDER PRIOR TO SUNDAY

NOTE: It's possible -- though unlikely -- for the tiebreaker to change. If all 13 opponents for a team were to win or lose, it can swing by more than 30 points.

1.Cleveland 0-15, .517

2.Giants 2-13, .533

3.Indianapolis 3-12, .483

4.Houston 4-11, .508
