Retirement Celebration – Lu Porter’s many years in volunteerism provided a much of the experience that would enhance her role as executive director of the Evansville African American Museum. For 10 years, she oversaw the transition from a new museum to the now established and respected entity the EAAM is in our community. She recently announced her retirement and a celebratory party was in order.
