MADERA, Calif. (KFSN) --
Madera police say accused murderer 50-year-old Anthony Barnett is now in custody.Related: Police say suspect who killed man on Christmas day is armed and dangerous
They caught him at Fresno's VA hospital. Investigators say Barnett killed 45-year old Estevanico Goldsmith on Christmas morning.

They say Barnett and Goldsmith were drinking and playing a game of dominoes when an argument broke out.
So, police say Barnett went to his car, grabbed a gun, and shot Goldsmith.
