Bishnupur, December 29 2017: District and Session Judge, Ch Brajachand Singh inaugurated the 13th legal aid clinic of Bishnupur at Wangoo Ahallup Chuthek Leikai which was set up by Bishnupur District Legal Service Authority, under the aegis of Manipur Legal Services Authority.

An awareness programme was also held as part of opening the clinic.

The event was attended by Ch Brajachand, who is also the Chairman of District legal Services Authority, Bishnupur as chief guest, Wangoo Boryangbi Zilla Parishad member M Brojen Singh as president and ex-Zilla Parishad Member L Sekhor Singh as guest of honour.

Speaking at the event as resource person, Advocate Th Sudhir Meitei and PLV, Associate Professor L Gopal Singh elaborated on domestic violence and Domestic Violence Act and Importance of Legal Aid Clinic.
