2 drown in Abra river

TUGUEGARAO, Cagayan – Two persons drowned in Abra river  in Langiden town on Thursday.

Isidro Bueno II, 25, and Princess Bueno Millare, 8, were pronounced dead on arrival at the Seares Hospital. One of their companions, Sheeny Bersola, 13, remained missing.

Faye and Clarafe, also surnamed Millare, were rescued by residents and raft operators.

The victims were having a picnic with their relatives when the accident occurred.
