Police said thousands of dollars worth of valuables were taken in an apartment burglary by a neighbor earlier this month.
Jessica Maybach, 30, of the 2800 block of Shwonda Avenue, was charged Tuesday with burglary, grand theft, two counts of dealing in stolen property and two counts of false verification of ownership to a secondhand dealer.
Maybach's neighbor on Shwonda said someone broke into his home between 12:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on Dec. 7. Various electronics, power tools, sneakers and a leather motorcycle jacket were taken, according to the arrest affidavit. The stolen items were valued at more than $3,300, the affidavit states.

The neighbor named Maybach as a suspect, Palm Bay police said. Officers reviewed Maybach's pawn shop transactions and said they found transactions she made on the day of the burglary and Dec. 11. Several items, including the stolen motorcycle jacket, matched the valuables from the burglary.
Maybach has been at the Brevard County Detention Center in Sharpes since Dec. 15, when she was charged with two counts of child neglect without bodily harm. Her bail is $51,000.
