Connecticut should establish tolls on Interstate 395; Interstate 91; and Interstate 84. New Hampshire and Maine are raking in the dollars from pass-through travelers. Connecticut should be doing the same. In-state residents could use the roads toll free as long as they stayed in state. Only my opinion.
