Gatherings

Holy Hour for the Rights of the Unborn Child will be at 7 p.m. Monday at Rosmini House, 2327 W. Heading Ave., West Peoria. Service includes benediction, rosary and other prayers.

Science of Spirituality will have a workshop on "Inner & Outer Peace" from 6:15 to 7:45 p.m. Wednesday in the seminar room at the Peoria Public Library North Branch, 3001 W. Grand Parkway. The Epiphany of Our Lord with candlelight Vespers and Holy Communion will be celebrated at 7 p.m. Friday at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1534 S. Easton Ave., Peoria. The Rev. Steven P. Tibbetts is preaching and presiding. All are welcome.

Bible study

Hands of Love Ministry will host a seven-week Bible study from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. Tuesdays beginning Jan. 9 at the Germantown Hills Fire House Community Room, 303 Prairie Ave. The series by Angela Thomas-Pharr is titled "Redeemed."

Singles

Morton-East Peoria Christian Singles will meet from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at First United Methodist Church, 154 E. Washington St., East Peoria. Annual chili dump. Bring toppings and desserts to share.

Celebrate Recovery group meets Tuesdays at New Life Christian Church, 401 W. Edgewood Court, Morton. Dinner is served at 5:45 p.m., large group meeting is at 6:30 p.m., small groups meet at 7:30 p.m., and wrap-up is at 8:15 p.m.
