Riyad Mahrez backed to complete Manchester United transfer in January
RIYAD MAHREZ could be the missing piece in Jose Mourinho’s jigsaw at Manchester United and would be a great January signing.
That is the view of ESPN FC pundit and former West Ham goalkeeper Shaka Hislop.
Mahrez has been in stunning form for Leicester this season, scoring seven Premier League goals.
The Algerian has looked back to his best from the Foxes’ title-winning campaign two years ago after a tough season last term.
He has constantly been linked with a move away from the King Power since then and he is attracting interest from Premier League clubs ahead of the January transfer window.

He looks a fantastic player, maybe the creative spark that Manchester United need
Chelsea and Arsenal have been linked with a move for Mahrez but Hislop reckons Manchester United would suit all parties.
He joked they would be a good second option behind his beloved West Ham, where he enjoyed two spells.
“I think it would (be a good move to United),” he told ESPN FC.
