Junior Engineer and a Patwari of DTPO, Narnaul Suspended causing delay in NOC

Chandigarh, Dec 30 – Taking action on a complaint of causing a delay in issuing No Objection Certificate (NOC), the Haryana Industries and Commerce Minister, Mr. Vipul Goel today directed to suspend a Junior Engineer and a Patwari of District Town Planner Office (DTPO), Narnaul.

Mr. Goel was redressing the grievances of people in the monthly meeting of District Public Relations and Grievances Redressal Committee in Narnaul today.

The complainant Naresh Kumar informed that he had purchased four Kanal agricultural lands at Salimabad, Mahendragarh. Forgetting NOC, he had submitted all documents in DTPO Narnaul in August 2017. When he approached the department concerned for getting NOC, he was told that the file had been sent to Rewari and when he enquired about the file in Rewari, he was told that file was not there. Thereafter, he approached DTPO Narnaul again then he got an assurance of getting NOC in 2-3 days, but he had not received it yet.

Mr. Goel said that the State Government has been following zero tolerance policy. Strict action would be initiated against those who would cause unnecessary delay in completing the works of people.
