·        A new mobile app IRCTC Rail Connect launched. 

* Aadhar linked user IDs allowed to book 12 e-tickets in one month as against 6 tickets for non Aadhar user IDs.

·         A new Integrated Mobile App ‘Rail SAARTHI’ launched for ticketing, complains and Enquiry 

·         Payment of ticket using UPI/BHIM App has been implemented at reservation counters as well as on e-ticketing website.

·         Emphasis on night inspections and ambush checks for passengers safety

·         Gate Mitras were deployed at all unmanned level crossings (UMLCs) on Broad Gauge instead of only identified UMLCs in order to enhance safety.

·         Station Redevelopment Program covering 23 major Railway Stations in first phase launched
