Woman avoids jail for naked bike ride but gets 13 months for being 'a mess'

Natasha Claus.

Riding buck naked around Woking on a motorcycle didn’t earn Natasha Claus a prison sentence.

Neither did showing up four hours late to her sentencing hearing at Guildford Crown Court, southwest of London, England.

Performing a sex act in the town centre, threatening to punch a mom-of-two who asked her to stop, and various other sundry assaults did land Ms. Claus, 36, in prison for 13 months.

“You are a mess. Your life is a mess,” Judge Peter Ross said in court, according to Metro UK. “I spoke to your son earlier and it is a testament to something in your son’s life that he’s never been to court and finds this whole situation awful.”

Claus’s defence lawyer, Timothy Leete, told the court his client is addicted to inhaling butane gas and was having trouble dealing with her mother’s suicide.

On July 29, Claus was busted for performing a sex act — she was being digitally penetrated — in public that Ross said “was (in) no doubt for money.” A mother who was with her two kids asked Claus to stop and was threatened in return. When cops arrived, Claus had her jeans pulled up but her panties were in her purse.

Claus pleaded guilty to outraging public decency and was sentenced to one month behind bars.

She was also in court to face the music on a pair of assault charges.

Claus was found guilty of attacking a man she was living with, who is legally blind, then assaulting the cops who were trying to arrest her. She added another charge when she directed a racial slur toward one of them.

All told, she was sentenced to 13 months in the slammer, including four months for breaching a suspended sentence. She has also been banned from Woking due to her antisocial and aggressive behaviour.

But she got off scot-free for her naked bike ride.

“I had the impression there was some reference to her riding around on a motorbike with no clothes on, but that has nothing to do with the charges today,” the judge said during sentencing.
