Olivia Munn is contemplating kickstarting her New Year’s diet a few days early after the actress was asked if she was pregnant.

The X-Men: Apocalypse star spent the Christmas holidays in Miami, Florida visiting her famous friends Eva Longoria and Gabrielle Union, and it appears her festive food indulgences have caused her to pile on a few extra pounds.

Munn took to social media on Thursday to share an embarrassing encounter with a spa employee, who thought her weight gain was due to a pregnancy.

“Masseuse just pointed to my stomach and said, ‘Baby?’,” she wrote in an Instagram Story post. “Ummmm no. No baby in my belly”.

“I blame Eva Longoria’s delicious home-cooking for this,” she added, alongside a face palm emoji.

The awkward conversation prompted Munn to consider starting her 2018 exercise regime a little earlier than planned.

“I guess I’ll start my New Year’s diet today,” she quipped.

While Munn may not be expecting, she and her celebrity girlfriends did have a pregnancy to celebrate – Longoria is preparing to welcome her first child with husband Jose ‘Pepe’ Baston.

The Desperate Housewives actress confirmed her family news last week, and during her Miami trip, Munn shared a photo of her pal’s growing baby bump as they enjoyed tacos on a patio on Sunday.

The picture was captioned, “Christmas in Miami. When friends become family.”
