The wrestler, who hails from Norwich, hit headlines earlier this year after explicit photos and a sex tape of her were leaked online.
She also split from fiance and former WWE heavyweight champion Alberto Del Rio.
The 25-year-old finally made her return to the ring on Monday Night Raw last month, having previously been suspended for wellness violations.
But her comeback has been cut short after she suffered what appeared to be a serious shoulder injury during a tag-team match on the WWE Holiday Tour on Wednesday (December 27).

It seemed as though she wasn’t expecting the attack and instantly fell to the ground clutching her right arm.

She tried to continue fighting but the pain eventually became too much.
Medics ran to Paige’s aid and a stretcher was brought ringside, with the match cancelled.
Banks was also visibly shaken at the perceived injury.
Fans watching the moment were quick to express their concern online.
“The video made me cry and gave me goosebumps,” one commented. “People do not realise how much the wrestlers go through and how much they risk…I hope Paige is okay.”

Another added: “Watching Paige crawl around and try and continue is heart-breaking.”
PW Insider have now claimed she will miss the rest of WWE’s live events this year.
But it’s not all bad news.
WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley tweeted yesterday that she is “doing much better”.
There is yet to be an official announcement from either Paige or the company.
