DUBAI: The Dubai Air Wing rescued a person who was stranded in the desert as a result of his car getting stuck in the sands near the Lusaili area.

The Dubai Police Command and Control Centre (DCCI) received information from a person who said his car got stuck in the desert and he needed help.

The search and rescue teams screened the area using a helicopter and thermal cameras.

The person was located helpless in the desert. The patrol team rescued him.
