THEFTS
NORTH 7TH STREET, 1900 BLOCK: A copper wire valued at $2,000 was reported stolen in a residential burglary. A hole was knocked in the back door of the home during the incident.
ROGERS AVENUE, 4800 BLOCK: A 2009 Chevrolet Avalanche valued at $5,000 was reported stolen.
HIGHWAY 271 SOUTH, 6200 BLOCK: A 2013 Dodge Challenger valued at $14,000 was reported stolen.
BRAZIL AVENUE, 1700 BLOCK: Dry wall valued at $500 was reported stolen.
ASSAULTS
A ROLAND WOMAN reported that a friend stole $380 from her vehicle and then pointed a gun at her when she confronted her about it.
ILLEGAL DRUGS
TERRY ALLEN BELT OF FORT SMITH was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled Schedule I or II controlled substance of less than two grams, possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance, theft by receiving and a parole violation.
TERRORISTIC THREATENING
LARRY ERVAN YOST OF FORT SMITH was arrested on suspicion of first-degree terroristic threatening, disorderly conduct and refusal to submit to arrest.
