Tulare County Sheriff's deputies say an armed suspect has barricaded himself inside a home at Avenue 326 and Grandview Road just north of Visalia, and a fire has just now broke out at the house the suspect is inside.
Grandview is closed off for about a quarter mile.
It is not yet known what the suspect is wanted for or how long the standoff has been going on.
