The Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate (EZK) intends to scrap the ban on zero rating from the Telecommunications Act. This article 7.4a has been declared non-binding by the Rechtbank Rotterdam in the case pitting regulator ACM against the Datavrije Muziek offering of T-Mobile Netherlands. Previous minister Henk Kamp announced this in May. Furthermore, the ministry wants to restore a writing error ('radio devices') in another article. The two changes are part of a larger bill that will change sixteen different laws in one go, especially on details. The bill has been sent to Parliament.
