In three sentences or less, summarize why you love your home: We love our home because there is plenty of room to accommodate our grand children and family. At one point we had 25 people stay there. It is a cozy home.
Why did you decide on this home: We decided on this home, because we wanted a bigger home where everyone could be accommodated, plus it is in the area we wanted to live.
One thing I’d change about my house: I would like to build a theatre, atrium & outdoor kitchen on the 4th floor & install an elevator.
Best home project I’ve completed here and why: The master bathroom and closet, why because it was Dante’s dream to renovate the closet bathroom, and add the exercise room overlooking that overlooks the pool.
I get ideas/inspiration for my house by: Reading Architectural Digest magazines.
Something no one knows about my home: The home was originally framed to build an elevator.
I save lots of money on my home by: doing our homework prior to starting the project and hiring a contractor who is reasonable.
A home item I can’t live without (and why): The Chandelier’s because they make the home more elegant.
Places where I find home furnishings: Buddy Walker, Dillard’s & antique stores.
My home’s best feature: is the third floor because it is our grandchildren’s paradise.
