(NASD: UCTT) will replace Scientific Games in the S & P SmallCap 600 effective prior to the open of trading on Wednesday, January 3, 2018. S & P 500 constituent Becton, Dickinson and Co. (NYSE: ) is acquiring C.R. Bard in a deal expected to be completed on or about December 29.

Scientific Games develops technology-based products and services, and associated content for the gaming, lottery, and interactive gaming industries. Headquartered in Las Vegas, NV, the company will be added to the S & P MidCap 400 GICS Casinos & Gaming Sub-Industry index.Ultra Clean Holdings designs, develops, prototypes, engineers, manufactures, and tests production tools, modules, and subsystems for the semiconductor capital equipment and equipment industry.
