Bogra road accident leaves 3 dead

Three people were killed and 15 others injured as a bus hit a roadside tree in Shibganj upazila of Bogra on Wednesday morning.

The identities of the deceased could not be known yet.

Shibganj Police Station OC Saheed Mahmud Khan said the driver of a Kurigram-bound bus lost control over the steering and hit hard a roadside tree at Mokamtola Biharpur area around 5am, leaving three passengers dead on the spot and 15 others injured.

The injured were taken to different local hospitals, the OC said.
