Ujjain: Brahmin samaj parichay sammelan concludes

Ujjain: “Parichay sammelan” organised under the joint aegis of Akhil Bhartiya Brahmin Samaj and Setu Sanadya Brahmin Unnayan Samiti at Kshipra Garden concluded on Monday. A large number of community members from Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Maharashtra and Chhattisgarh participated in the sammelan.

Pradeep Pandya was the chief guest and Madan Vyas was the special invitee. Akhil Bhartiya Brahmin Samaj national president Pt Sanjay Tripathi presided over the programme. The programme was attended by Akhil Bhartiya Brahmin Samaj national general secretary Shriram Tripathi, Akhil Bhartiya Brahmin Samaj state president Pt Pushpendra Mishra, state organising secretary Mahendra Mishra, Sanjay Mishra and state women wing patron Pramila Sharma, Jiyalal Sharma and Surendra Chaturvedi.

The programme began with Ganesh vandana and worship of Lord Parshuram by the guests. State Akhil Bhartiya Brahmin Samaj president congratulated Setu Sanadya on this successful event and announced a grant of Rs 1 lakh to programme coordinator Yashoda Sharma. On this occasion, guests released the magazine published with the entire marriage information.

In the parichay sammelan, young men and women introduced themselves from the stage and about 15 relationships were fixed. The programme was conducted by Indrakumar Shukla and Preeti Dixit proposed the vote of thanks.
