The FSU/Asolo Conservatory for Actor Training’s 2017-18 season continues with Stephen Adly Guirgis’ 2011 play “The Motherf---er with the Hat.” Tony-nominated “Leap of Faith” producer Celine Rosenthal directs the play about Jackie (John Wilson Bennett), a drug dealer just out of prison who goes to the apartment of his girlfriend Veronica (Sara Linares), where he finds an unexplained hat that sends him into a spiral. Guirgis’ play received six Tony nominations including Best Play.
