Indore: 2 injured in fight between relatives

Indore: A 19-year-old youth, his mother and his uncle were threatened and thrashed by his relatives over some petty issue at Indrajeet Nagar in Rajendra Nagar area on Sunday. According to police, complainant Ashok Solanki alleged that his mother Sunita and grandmother Sushila were sitting outside their residence when Sunita’s brother Govind started abusing them over some petty issue.

As the complainant asked the accused to stop a fight ensued with accused Govind thrashing the complainant with a wooden stick causing severe injuries to his hands. The accused also had beaten up the victim’s uncle Dharmendra after he intervened and tried to stop the fight. Later, Mukesh along with Sunil pelted stones on the victims injuring Sunita as well. A case was registered in the incident.

Bike, valuables stolen


Victim Ishant Shinde, a resident of LIG Colony in his complaint alleged that some unidentified person stole his bike from his residence in MIG area on Sunday. Police are investigating the incident and are examining the CCTV footage of the area to identify the accused. In another incident, police booked a man for allegedly stealing valuables from a house in MIG area on Sunday. According to police, complainant Vimal Verma alleged that accused Kartik Alias Dabba had stolen a purse containing a pair of gold earrings and two mobile phones from his house on Saturday.

Bag with Rs 25K cash lifted from scooter

Police booked an unidentified person for stealing a bag from a person in Sadar Bazaar area on Sunday. According to police, complainant Om Prakash Yadav alleged that some unidentified person stole a bag containing Rs 25500 cash, ATM cards and some other valuables from his vehicle which had. Police have registered a case against unidentified accused and started investigation.
