Zoe Ball makes emotional tribute to late boyfriend Billy Yates

ZOE Ball has shared a heartfelt tribute to her late boyfriend online.

The star, whose boyfriend in his London home back in May, took to social media to post an image of a tea light glowing away in her windowsill.

Zoe captioned the snap: "Candle lit in the window for our loved ones up in the stars.

"Always in our hearts beautiful ones, missing you all muchly especially at this time of year when we want our nearest and dearest close.[sic]"

The BBC presenter continued: "Feeling grateful to be surrounded by love.

Billy was just aged 40 when he is believed to have taken his own life.

Reports at the time confirmed the cameraman was pronounced dead at the scene after paramedics were unable to revive him.

During Mental Health week Zoe, 47, re-tweeted a post about suicide by author Jack Monroe.

She wrote: "You don't have to 'man up' - the biggest killer of men under 45 is suicide.

"The strongest thing to do is talk. #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek"

Within minutes the post was flooded with messages of support.

"Brave lady," a second praised," another added.

A third continued: "Sending you love and Peace Zoe.
