In true A-list style, the 36-year-old donned a green veil and a burgundy bra to reveal her baby bump and tell the world she and Jay Z were having twins. Congrats Queen Bey!

The star is also in the top ten of most liked photos once again - at number four - when she gave fans their first glimpse of her arrivals Sir and Rumi, now six months.

The footballer comes in in second place with 11.1 million likes for the big reveal about his daughter’s birth.

The 32-year-old and his eldest son donned green overalls to pose alongside girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez, moments after she gave birth to Alana Martina.

The sportsman also took the fifth spot for the first snap of him and his twins, taken just months before.

The Wolves singer shocked her 131 million followers when she announced she had undergone a kidney transplant in September.

Lying in a hospital bed, the 25-year-old was seen holding hands with her “beautiful friend” and donor Francia Raisa, as she continues to battle lupus. Selena also has the sixth to tenth most popular uploads - incredible! 

Susanna Reid ditches everything

The journalist was praised for her honesty and bravery just two days into the new year, when she compared her “blemished” face to what she normally looks like on-screen.

“Me on Instagram = extra eyelashes, make-up and filters. Me in real life = blemishes, lines and flaws. There's a time and value for both but don't compare your behind-the-scenes to others' highlights reels. Happy Being You Year,” the 47-year-old urged.
