Conte steered Chelsea to the Premier League title in his first season but it's been tougher second time around.
The Blues are out of the race for top spot with Manchester City breezing clear.
But they could pick up the Champions League or FA Cup and are in the semi-finals of the Carabao Cup too.
Even if they win a trophy though, Conte will walk away.

"It looks like he will survive that long because he’s managed to turn results around there and they’ve got a reasonable chance in the Champions League - mainly given the way he sets his teams up in style that means they can beat any side.
"Conte wants to win the Champions League - that’s his primary objective. He wants to prove himself as a Champions League winning manager.
"I think the Real Madrid job is very appealing to him because that is probably the best chance to win the Champions League as a manager.
"His agent has been trying to push him forward as a candidate for Paris St-Germain so he’s also take that job, but he’s not first-choice there.
