DUBAI: THE Dubai Public Prosecution referred a 31-year-old Asian salesman to the Dubai Criminal Court on Sunday for threatening to kill his manager.

The victim during interrogations said that last September, while being in his company, the suspect came to his office and submitted his resignation, asking him to accept it immediately, because there were problems in his country and he wanted to travel to solve them.

He added, “I told him that according to the labour law and to the contract between us, he had to wait 3 months, but he flew into a rage and threatened to kill me and my family in case I refuse to cancel his residency.”
