Indore: Create Stories plays Santa for poor kids on Christmas eve

Indore : Create Stories Social Welfare Society organised an event ‘Gifting Joy’ on Sunday to celebrate Christmas with underprivileged children in Vijay Nagar area wherein they gifted from goodies to motivation to the kids wishing a better life for them.
Bringing together children from various areas of the city, founder of the NGO shared dreams and asked children about their wishes in life. With desire to build a career of their passion, the children talked about becoming a dancer, police officer, cricketer and countless other ambitions. Hoping to bring a change for them, members decided to take an initiative of providing wings to their dreams by training them on special skills.
Explaining the reason behind organising such event, the NGO founder said, “Every person has needs and these little kids just need small gifts and motivation.”
The event also connected people to each other as they found peace in gifting sweets to the children and bringing them some love and hope. Gifting them joy to make Christmas special, the founder distributed woollens, toys, caps and toffees to the kids while NGO members contributed by gifting cute personalised presents.
Gifting joy, general manager Bindiya Sood gifted angel hair bands to girls and cool hair wraps to boys with chocolates.
“I have two sons and I always wished to have a daughter. Among these little girls, I feel like I have found many daughters and wish to make their dreams come true. However, I cannot do it alone,” she said.
Dressed in white costume and white bears, businessman Vyapakkrishan Sood sang ‘ho ho ho’ and gave toffees to children and women during the event. Joining the celebration and making the day special for them with games and gifts, trainer Arshi Amir with her daughters Jasmine and Sarah and businessman Sanchit Jain played secret Santa Claus for kids.
