
SAN MARTIN — A magnitude 3.4 earthquake was reported northeast of San Martin on Saturday afternoon, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
The temblor was reported at 4:31 p.m. about five miles northeast of San Martin, west of Henry W. Coe State Park.
There were no reports of injuries of damage associated with the earthquake, authorities said, and there were few reports that anyone felt it.
According to the USGS, the earthquake occurred along the Calaveras Fault and originated about 4.7 miles below the ground.
