Amber Alert issued for endangered toddler believed to be in Houston

A missing toddler, just shy of his second birthday, is believed to be in the Houston area.
An Amber Alert was issued to find Eli Bandurovskiy, of Springfield, Mo., who police believe to be in danger. He is white, has blonde hair and hazel eyes and is about 2 feet tall and 32 pounds.
The child was last seen wearing blue and gray pajama pants, a gray undershirt and a navy cardigan with two red horizontal stripes. His tennis shoes are blue and lime green.
The suspected abductor, Victor Bandurovskiy, is a white man who is 5'10" with brown hair and brown eyes, weighing about 150 pounds.
Victor Bandurovskiy, 33, was last seen Friday wearing a black button-down shirt and dark jeans driving a white Scion TC with the Arkansas license plate 940MNT.
