Chad Kempel, holds a frame containing the names of the quintuplets Chad's wife Amy is pregnant with at their home in Mountain House, Calif., on Tuesday, Nov. 21, 2017. The Kempel's want Kaiser, their healthcare provider, to allow Amy, who is pregnant with quintuplets, to go out of network to a doctor in Arizona who has successfully helped quint families deliver healthy babies. The couple, who lost twins in 2013, argue Kaiser has no history of successfully caring for moms and babies in quintuplet pregnancies. (Doug Duran/Bay Area News Group)

Letter writer says each and every child deserves to be born and loved.

Having children is one of the greatest gifts life can bless us with.

I am the proud mother of six children and 15 grand babies. Each and every child deserves to be born and loved. Having five at once is a lot (“Parents wish for ‘miracle’ for five pre-term babies,” Page 1A, Dec. 11) and was not planned, but still a gift. How dare anyone can say that no one is interested, because I am and so are hundreds of others.

I had the pleasure of meeting this wonderful family. They are truly wonderful people, and I am praying their beautiful babies are born healthy. They are already loved by many. This mother and father had the courage to try to deliver all five babies and not downsize. I would do the exact same thing.
