Vice Prime Minister Minister of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities Service Hennadiy Zubko said this in an interview with Ukrinform.

According to him, 692 united territorial communities have been created in Ukraine. A total 3,327 local councils have united, which makes up almost one third of the total number of village, town and city councils operated before the unification process.

In January-November 2017, the total fund of local budgets received UAH 173.5 billion, which is 96.7% of the annual projected figures. The increase in revenues over the reported period was 31.5% or 41.6 billion UAH from the previous year, Zubko said.
