The woman who died in a Northland crash yesterday was from Fiji.

Lalita Devi, 64, died and three others were injured when the car they were travelling in crashed on State Highway 14 in Maungatapere. The injuries ranged from moderate to serious.

Devi was a passenger in the car.

Police earlier said the car had rolled.
