Barcelona are flying high at the top of La Liga, now 14 points ahead of Real Madrid after winning El Clasico 3-0 today.
Goals from Luis Suarez, Lionel Messi and Aleix Vidal saw Ernesto Valverde's men earn a comprehensive victory at the Bernabeu.
It was the perfect Christmas present for jubilant Barcelona fans, including Mourinho's son Jose Mourinho Jr.
The 17-year-old posted a picture of himself wearing a Barcelona shirt holding up a three-finger salute, a reference to the scoreline.
Jose Jr wrote: "Thank you, see you next time."
His dad is of course a former Real Madrid manager who was famously turned down for the job at the Nou Camp.
But Jose Mourinho senior is certainly not as happy as his son right now.
Mourinho watched his Manchester United side concede a late goal to draw 2-2 at Leicester at promptly threw the book at his players.
"We didn't win because we missed incredible chances, I would say joke chances, and then in the last second of the game we make a big defensive mistake," Mourinho said.

"It is an accumulation of mistakes in an easy match to win. The team was playing well and in the second half, the result should have been four, five, six. But the reality is that it is 2-2.
"Sometimes you make mistakes and you are not punished, but we were punished.
"We were punished by our mistakes, what more can I say? It was an easy match to win, but when you miss big chances in front of goal and not only that but also childish loss of possession then you are punished at the end.
"It was childish in their box and childish in our box and it was mistakes plus mistakes and we lost two points in an easy match to win."
