Is there any chance the Broncos can repeat history and pull off another huge trade for a quarterback with the Colts? Andrew Luck is on injured reserve, and I’ve read he might want to find a better situation, but is too nice to come out and say it. How about John Elway offers our first-round choice in the 2018 NFL draft, plus the modern-day versions of Chris Hinton and Mark Herrmann for Luck? (Maybe Shane Ray and Paxton Lynch?) Maybe it’s far-fetched, but a man can dream, can’t he?

Kiz: All you want for Christmas is a little Luck? That would take a miracle. Not to go all lump of coal on you, but I believe there’s a better chance the Easter Bunny plays quarterback for the Broncos in 2018 than Luck.
Quarterback Jared Goff was declared a bust as a rookie with the Rams. I’m old enough to remember when Drew Brees was a bust, and now he’s a sure bet to be elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame on the first ballot. Even Elway started slowly with the Broncos. If Lynch has the physical tools, why not prepare him to fill the role? It seems there has been a rush to judgment to send Lynch on his way.

Kiz: Gary Kubiak didn’t trust Lynch to be his starter. The Broncos hired a new coaching staff, gave Lynch every chance to win the job and he still couldn’t beat out Trevor Siemian, a draft after-thought. Next season, anything less than a playoff berth for Denver would put Vance Joseph’s job in extreme jeopardy. Think Joseph will gamble his livelihood on Lynch?
As crazy as this sounds, why wouldn’t the Broncos re-sign Brock Osweiler to play quarterback for next season? He is 27 years old, has proven he can play well with a running game and has beaten the New England Patriots. I think he would be a better candidate than Eli Manning, Kirk Cousins or Drew Brees.

Kiz: With the 10th pick in the opening round, Denver selects Wyoming quarterback Josh Allen and lets Osweiler start in 2018? Not sure Broncos Country would buy that plan.
Kiz, you are an idiot. You never have anything good to say about the Broncos. It is very difficult to repeat as division champions year after year, especially when Denver is in the very difficult AFC West, probably the toughest in the league. Try not to be such a (jerk) all the time.

Football fans were pretty excited to travel to “Breaking Bad” Land in December during graduation weekend to watch the Rams play in the same stadium they already played a game in this season.
