Everton join N’Zonzi race
10:36: Everton have joined Arsenal in the race for Sevilla midfielder Steven N’Zonzi.
The Gunners are thought to be the frontrunners in the race to sign the former Stoke star.
But Sam Allardyce has confirmed he is interested in him and could battle Arsenal for his signature in the January transfer window.
“I’d be very interested in Steven but if you have a look at how many footballers there are at the club, then it is impossible for me to block that up even more," Allardyce said.
Wenger gives players Christmas Day off
09:00: Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has confirmed his players will not train on Christmas Day.
He said: “For the first time, the players will have a Christmas Day.
“We are very busy before and very busy after, so it’s good that this is the first time that we have six days between December 22 and December 28.”
Mourinho eyes Lemar
08:30: Man Utd have joined the race for Monaco sensation Thomas Lemar.
According to Yahoo! Sport, Jose Mourinho is also ken on the 21-year-old who has been linked with Arsenal and Liverpool.
The report says Mourinho has an £80m budget in January to keep the pressure on Premier League leaders Manchester City.

Wenger on Wilshere contract
08:00: Arsene Wenger reiterated his desire to keep Jack Wilshere at Arsenal after an impressive display against in the 3-3 draw with Liverpool.
Wenger said: “We’ll see.
“We had four players [against Liverpool] who have been educated at our academy. With [Ainsley Maitland-] Niles, with [Hector] Bellerin, with [Alex] Iwobi and Wilshere.
“We are certainly the only ones at the top [with so many]. Basically we went to keep these players.”
