(MENAFN - Arab Times) KUWAIT CITY, Dec 23: Police have arrested a 25-year-old Kuwaiti crossdresser and referred him to authorities, reports Al-Anba daily. The suspect was inside a parked car in Ahmadi. He was arrested on suspicion because police saw makeup on his face. When police searched the car, they found cosmetics.
