A pedestrian was taken to a hospital on Saturday afternoon with serious injuries after being struck by a Regional Transportation District train in east Denver.
Police say the collision happened on the 8100 block of Smith Road. That’s at or near RTD’s Central Park Station, which serves the University of Colorado A Line to Denver International Airport.
