President Trump has arrived in Palm Beach, Fla., to spend the Christmas holiday at his Mar-a-Lago resort.
As Trump’s motorcade passed through Southern Blvd., Trump supporters holding American flags, Trump-Pence, and MAGA signs lined the roads, according to the White House pool report.
Additionally, some Orthodox Jews expressed their support for Trump for commuting Sholom Rubashkin’s prison sentence earlier this week. Rubashkin, a kosher meat processing executive, had served approximately eight years of his 27-year sentence after being convicted in 2009 on 86 counts of financial fraud.
However, there were several protesters who carried their own signs, one of which read “Real News. Fake President,” and a woman was seen booing with her thumbs down.
Trump traveled to Florida after signing the Republican tax bill that passed through Congress earlier in the week.
“It will be an incredible Christmas gift for hardworking Americans,” Trump said during the signing on Friday.
Trump also spent the Thanksgiving holiday at the Mar-a-Lago.
