Rahul corners BJP for adopting 'politics of anger' to win Gujarat polls

Addressing the party workers here, the scion said, "The would not have faced defeat if we had stood united. I accept that we faced defeat in the elections but in actuality, we have won because they (BJP) fought the election on the basis of anger. But we fought on the basis of love and truth."

Rahul also sent a stern message to party workers who have not contributed and gave their best in the elections.

"90 percent people fought together and made efforts with the party in the election but 5-10 percent didn't help the party. Action will be taken against them," he added.

Rahul is on a three-day visit to to hold a review meeting with newly-elected MLAs and party workers following assembly election results.
