Man Utd news: Red Devils FURIOUS at Paul Pogba behaviour… staff had to be called
PAUL POGBA has reportedly caused a stir at Manchester United after it was revealed staff had to go to his house as he had overslept and missed training earlier this month.
United’s club-record signing returned to action this week after serving a three-match suspension.
His restoration to Jose Mourinho’s first team failed to pay dividends however as they suffered a shock Carabao Cup defeat to Bristol City.
The 24-year-old has only played eight Premier League matches this season and has missed crucial matches against Liverpool, Tottenham, Chelsea and Manchester City, although the first three were due to injury.
Pogba is very much the modern-day footballer with a huge social media presence, which has sometimes riled up former players and pundits who claim it can be perceived in the wrong light.
It was reported at the end of last season that Jose Mourinho was becoming increasingly frustrated with players using social media and issued a crackdown on the use of such sites.
But the Daily Mail claim Pogba risked the wrath of his boss for a different reason earlier this month.
It is reported the former Juventus midfielder did not respond to phone calls on December 3 directing him to report to training.

And United staff were required to visit his home in order to wake him up.
There is also a suggestion of a divide in the camp at Old Trafford between the young players and the more experienced professionals.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Michael Carrick and Ashley Young are said to be fed up by the behaviour of some of their team-mates.
