Saif Ali Khan is known for the quirky scripts that he chooses to portray his acting skills. He is back with one more such project- Kaalakaandi. Directed by Akshat Verma, the film is a thiller dark comedy. The plot revolves around various individuals and the events around them in one single night. The characters collide each other on one fateful night and that’s what Kaalakaandi is about. The makers released a new song ‘Swagpur ka Chaudhary’ which totally suits this set up of the film. The song stars the lead characters namely Saif Ali Khan, Vijay Raaz, Deepak Dobriyal, Sobhita Dhulipala, Kunaal Roy Kapur, Isha Talwar, Shenaz Treasurywala, Nary Singh & Akshay Oberoi.
Swagpur Ka Chadhuary is full of swag of course, with haryanvi accent and hip hop kind of visuals. The stars groove sexily on the music composed by Sameer Uddin. Interestingly, this quirky song is sung and written by the director Akshat Verma himself. Check out the song right here!
Talking about this peppy song, Saif Ali Khan said in the song launch event, ” I remember Akshat telling me leave the song to young people. This song has a free spirit.
