Sub:  Order under Sections 11, 11(4), 11A and 11B of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 in the matter of M/s Prakash Industries Limited (PAN: AABCP6765H)

SEBI, vide its Order no.WTM/MPB/ISD/ 114 /2017 dated December 22, 2017, has revoked the actions envisaged in SEBI’s letter dated August 07, 2017 and the consequential actions taken by Stock Exchanges against Prakash Industries Limited.

This order shall come into force with immediate effect.

A copy of the said order is attached herewith and also available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.

Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
