Eligibility Criteria for Personal Assistant and Other Posts

Educational Qualification

• Personal Assistant: Possess Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline and shorthand speed @120 w.p.m. in English or Hindi.
• Stenographer: Possess Higher Secondary (12th Standard) Pass with shorthand speed @80 w.p.m. in English or Hindi.
• Lower Division Clerk (LDC): Possess Higher Secondary (12th Standard) Pass with typing speed @35 w.p.m. in English and @30 w.p.m. in Hindi.
• Staff Car Driver: Possess Matriculation (10th Standard) or equivalent and a valid Driving License of Light Motor Vehicle (LMV).

Age Limit

Personal Assistant: Not exceeding 30 years.

Stenographer/ Lower Division Clerk (LDC): Between 18 to 27 years.

Staff Car Driver: Not exceeding 25 years.

Application Fees for Personal Assistant and Other Jobs

Gen./ OBC & Other candidates: Rs. 300/- in the form of Demand Draft/ IPO.

SC/ ST/ PWD Category/ Female Candidates: Exempted from fee payment.
