Some think it is a sweet design of a heart while others are convinced it is a picture of a hand grabbing a pair of testicles.
The questionable design that was posted on social media, has been shared thousands of times after it was uploaded by user @gutphobia.
While some were convinced it is a design of a hand holding a heart, others had a cheekier interpretation – that of a hand grabbing a pair of balls.

The Twitter user wrote: “idk about y'all but this look like a nut sack to me.”
The black and white inking has been credited to tattoo artist Ellen Marie Murphy, reported The Sun.
Ellen, who runs an Instagram page of her creative inkings, has the picture captioned as “Love is kind”, but many have questioned her intentions.

One Twitter user said: "Is there any possible interpretation where this ISNT balls [sic]?"
Another suggested: "Grabbing love by the balls that’s the message.”
One user thought the inning suggested the way to a man’s heart was through his private parts.
He wrote: "This is art, perfectly illustrates that the way to a man's heart is thru his nutsack."
However not all saw a cheeky interpretation.
One commentator defended the inking, whatever the meaning behind it, and said: “It’s called art. You wouldn’t understand.”
