Tiny tots give message against dowry

The tiny tots of the city gave parenting tips to their parents and gave out a social message on dowry. Play and finishing school Sukanya Blooms observed its annual day on Wednesday. A grand event was organised on Wednesday at Shaheed Bhavan Auditorium.

The theme of the annual function was ‘Women Empowerment’ titled as ‘Naari Ka Safar’. The little kids enthusiastically participated in the function and presented their performance with much confidence. The eye catching factor of the show was the ramp walk of the little kids’ mothers which created a fun filled environment at the hall.

The programme began with a prayer song as everything begins with the name of god. Later, the kids gave their spectacular performance on stage.

Two short plays based on social evil ‘dowry’ and a play on parenting was also performed. With a view of women empowerment the play based on dowry was beautifully presented and was much loved by the audience.

The audiences relived their childhood as they watched the tiny tots performed with a great zeal and enthusiasm. The programme was followed by a performance based on parents. In this performance the mothers walked over the ramp in colourful dresses leaving the audiences mesmerized.

In the entire presentation the guru-shishya parampara was portrayed in the annual report presented by the students and teachers on stage.

The children created an ambiance of fun with giving the performance over friends theme. The show was wrapped up with various dance performances on Bollywood tracks. The audiences were spell bounded with the performance of the kids as they received a huge appreciation by the guests.
